- Lead and drive technology and engineering standards, whilst driving AI adoption within our Product Innovation Centre.
- Uplift software engineering and quality engineering capability across cross-functional teams.
- Define engineering strategy and establish technical standards.
- Drive adoption of modern software engineering and AI-native development practices.
- Lead Chapter Leads for Mobile Engineering, Web Engineering, Backend & Integration Engineering, and Quality Engineering.
- Ensure consistent quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Co-lead AI-native engineering transformation with Senior Manager, Applied AI.
- Embed AI-native practices into engineering teams and ensure sustained adoption.
- Translate enterprise technology strategy into execution across distributed chapter structure.
- Govern enterprise engineering standards across engineering, testing, security, reliability, and deployment.
- Align Engineering, Quality Engineering, Platform, Design and Delivery practice to reduce friction and improve outcomes.
