Key Responsibilities

•Identify, quantify, and deliver cost-saving initiatives across warehouse operations, transportation, and distribution network
•Build and track savings pipelines, ensuring initiatives are measurable and realized
•Analyze large datasets to identify process inefficiencies, cost drivers, service bottlenecks
•Apply advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, scenario simulations (what-if analysis)
•Support network design and reconfiguration projects
•Analyze warehouse location strategy, inventory placements, and service level vs cost trade-offs
•Evaluate impact of demand changes, growth scenarios, and new market entries
•Define and track critical KPIs
•Cross-Functional Collaboration with warehouse and distribution, 3PL service provider, planning team, IT / Digital teams
•Translate analytical insights into actionable operational improvements
