Key Responsibilities

•Own event logistics end to end: team offsites, conference presence (NeurIPS, ICLR and beyond), our Tech Talks series, and dinners and hosted meetings for our CEO.
•Drive post-event follow-through: capture details, summaries and learnings in one source of truth so every event makes the next one better.
•Systemise travel and scheduling for our CEO with an agent-first mindset - the goal is to build dialled, repeatable systems, not to be a permanent EA.
•Provide broad operational support across the business: executing onboarding flows, polishing documents and communications, and standing up our San Francisco office presence.
