Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to major evaluations, reviews, pricing and funding models, strategic advisory engagements and reform programs for government and private sector clients
•Design and undertake quantitative analysis using statistical and data science methods to answer complex policy, operational and strategic questions
•Prepare, clean, validate and analyse large and complex datasets from multiple sources
•Develop reproducible code, analytical workflows and technical documentation using R
•Build clear and compelling visualisations, dashboards and analytical outputs that support stakeholder decision making
•Translate technical findings into accessible insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences
•Contribute specialist analytical input to proposals, methodologies and project approaches
•Work closely with consulting teams and client stakeholders to shape analytical approaches and interpret findings in context
•Support quality assurance of analytical work through testing, peer review and documentation
•Contribute to the development of Nous intellectual property, reusable analytical tools, methods and capability
