Key Responsibilities

•Partner with stakeholders across the business to review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
•Provide legal and regulatory advice on new products, services and customer-facing terms
•Identify and manage legal risk across privacy, data governance, cyber security, consumer and communications law
•Advise on the responsible development and use of AI within MYOB's products and operations
•Resolve disputes and complaints pragmatically, balancing commercial outcomes with legal risk
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Marketing, Procurement, Risk, Compliance and Privacy, as well as senior leaders
•Leverage AI in legal practice while applying professional judgement, and continue developing expertise through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities
