•Build and manage creator, influencer and talent relationships across AU and NZ, while partnering with specialist agencies to support international creator activity
•Identify partnerships, talent and creative opportunities that can amplify kit:, driving hype, conversation and brand awareness beyond the walls of MECCA
•Lead performance reporting across PR, social and creator activity, turning insights into clear recommendations and continually testing new formats, hooks and ways to grow the brand
