Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end operational planning and execution of Beauty Loop Bonus and Box campaigns, managing critical paths, timelines, production schedules and campaign readiness.
•Manage and allocate Beauty Loop inventory across all stores, using data and insights to forecast, maximise availability, respond to customer demand and minimise stock risks.
•Bring teams together across Retail, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Distribution Centre Operations and Ecommerce, leading regular cross-functional meetings and acting as a key operational contact for Retail.
•Own in-campaign performance and sell-through reporting, proactively identifying risks, roadblocks and opportunities to make operational adjustments.
•Maintain key operational tools and resources, including JIRA tickets, campaign packs, MECCAversity and MECCAbase content, while continuously looking for smarter ways of working.
