Key Responsibilities
- Research payments and retail industry trends across online, in-store and emerging channels, and translate findings into clear summaries, briefing notes and presentations.
- Understand the market and competitive landscape, and monitor industry developments and competitor activity.
- Create and iterate presentations, briefing packs and background documents for senior external stakeholders.
- Support Account Management and GTM initiatives with market insight and competitive positioning.
- Work alongside the Account Management team on client-facing materials, proposals and follow-ups.
- Support the Account Management team on governance and compliance initiatives, working to automate these where possible.
- Analyse data (Excel based) to support commercial conversations.
