•Manage a portfolio of SMSF clients, ensuring the timely delivery of financial statements, tax returns and compliance obligations.
•Review SMSF workpapers, compliance files and client deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and quality.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external auditors, legal advisers, the ATO and internal stakeholders.
•Lead and mentor a team of SMSF professionals, providing technical guidance and coaching.
•Drive workflow management, lodgement performance and quality assurance initiatives.
•Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, automation and AI solutions.
•Assist in business development activities, including networking, referrals and client presentations.
•Support national SMSF projects and contribute to thought leadership within the business.
•Manage billing, profitability, risk management and engagement compliance requirements.
