Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with third-party logistics providers to identify and implement process improvements
- Train and upskill Logistics Coordinators on logistics tools and systems
- Reconcile freight and warehousing invoices
- Manage the logistics inbox and respond to queries
- Perform key logistics administrative tasks
- Lead regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement process improvements across internal departments
- Support the Logistics Management Team with new projects and initiatives
- Provide input into freight and warehousing cost analysis and tender processes
- Continuously look for smarter and more efficient ways of working
