Key Responsibilities
- Identifying key commercial opportunities to expand the gaming & technology portfolio, including sourcing and developing high-margin products across global brands and Kogan.com’s Exclusive Brands.
- Engaging, negotiating, and onboarding key local and international suppliers and brand partners to secure exclusive deals, market-leading pricing, and optimal trading terms.
- Managing a cadence of daily category operations, range management, deal buys, inventory turns, margin mix, coordinating logistics and controlling a promotional rhythm to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and gross profit targets.
- Driving dynamic pricing strategies across multiple sales channels to maintain market competitiveness while maximising profitability.
- Conducting demand forecasting, maintaining optimal stock levels, and managing product lifecycles - from launch to end-of-life clearance - to prevent overstocking and stockouts.
- Partnering closely with Marketing, Content, Promotions and Logistics teams to optimise product discoverability, campaign execution, and the overall customer buying journey.
- Conducting regular range reviews, category analysis and deep-dive reporting on category performance, using data-driven insights to make quick, agile adjustments.
