Key Responsibilities
- Identify commercial opportunities for category expansion including sourcing and developing new products.
- Engage and source key suppliers, locally and internationally, for Exclusive Brands.
- Manage daily category operations: planning, promotional activity, inventory management, shipping, logistics.
- Manage and engage with key stakeholders to build effective relationships.
- Maximise profitability of all products through deep category and market understanding.
- Negotiate best possible trading terms and prices.
- Drive and control price changes across sales channels.
- Ensure timely introduction of new products and efficient inventory management.
- Monitor inventory levels to achieve category goals and KPIs.
- Partner with Marketing & Promotions teams for product merchandising and discoverability.
- Monitor performance and complete range reviews, taking action as necessary.
