Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end logistics for industry events, webinars, conferences, and customer meetups across Australia and occasionally the US.
- Identify relevant events and sponsorship opportunities using AI to scan the landscape and build prioritised recommendations.
- Plan and execute Josys-hosted events and virtual roundtables from concept through to debrief.
- Produce marketing assets using Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
- Draft and publish marketing content including blog posts, LinkedIn posts, campaign copy, and email copy.
- Support demand generation campaign execution: setting up emails, scheduling social content, managing landing page updates, and pulling performance reports.
- Use AI to draft, iterate, and refine short-form content for LinkedIn and other channels.
- Maintain CRM and marketing automation workflows in HubSpot or equivalent.
- Support the Head of Marketing with competitor analysis and market research using AI tools.
- Keep marketing project trackers, content calendars, and asset libraries organised and current.
