Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand product objectives, user needs, and business requirements.
•Design complete user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
•Create intuitive and visually engaging designs that improve usability and customer satisfaction.
•Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and alignment with the intended user experience.
•Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product performance insights.
•Maintain and improve design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.
•Communicate design decisions clearly and document UX/UI specifications for cross-functional teams.
•Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product discussions.
•Leverage AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT, or Claude to accelerate ideation, generate concepts, and optimize repetitive workflows.
