Key Responsibilities

•Lead enterprise AI implementation projects end-to-end, from customer onboarding and discovery through deployment, adoption, and full rollout.
•Work closely with legal, compliance, and related enterprise teams to understand their existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and determine where AI can create the greatest operational impact.
•Deconstruct complex legal and regulatory processes and translate real-world documents, requirements, and workflows into structured logic that AI systems can effectively interpret and act upon.
•Guide senior legal, compliance, and business stakeholders through the adoption of AI-powered workflows, helping users understand the technology, build trust in its outputs, and use the platform effectively.
•Diagnose and resolve strategic, operational, and technical implementation challenges, identifying practical solutions and clear paths forward.
•Develop strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders and become a trusted strategic partner throughout implementation and ongoing adoption.
•Capture insights and recurring customer needs from live implementations and communicate them effectively to Product and Engineering teams.
•Contribute to product development by translating customer feedback and implementation learnings into actionable roadmap recommendations.
•Develop scalable implementation frameworks, documentation, and playbooks that can support expansion across customers and international markets.
•Help continuously improve implementation processes, ensuring successful outcomes while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
