Key Responsibilities

•Prepare new clients' hubs for onboarding kick-off, including home page, branded email templates, and setup admin.
•Implement hub review feedback and take hubs through to launch-ready.
•Handle change requests from customer success, sales, and clients, from minor edits to larger rebrands and layout uplifts.
•Polish demo hubs for the sales team.
•Support general design requests across the business when capacity allows.
•Anticipate needs and manage expectations with CSMs, AEs, and clients directly.
