Key Responsibilities

•Own all privacy workstreams relating to data collection, use, storage, policies, and product design.
•Advise on regulatory issues including financial services, AML/CTF, digital assets, online safety, AI laws.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth and Commercial to assess legal and regulatory risk early in product development.
•Help business prepare for regulatory change by identifying areas of impact and preparing action plans.
•Support product and marketing compliance including customer-facing content and lifecycle communications.
•Monitor and report on Immutable’s key risk dashboard.
•Deliver concise advice for non-legal stakeholders focusing on options and next steps.
•Instruct and manage external counsel including scoping, timelines, and budget.
•Maximise efficiency of LRC function through AI, templates, playbooks, self-serve guidance.
•Build strong internal relationships and become a trusted business partner.
