- Partner with Campus Events Lead and Marketing team to build technology campus recruitment strategy across Australia and New Zealand
- Build trusted relationships with technology leadership, acting as partner on graduate hiring and workforce planning
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technology graduate and intern positions
- Develop deep relationships across engineering and computer science faculties and student societies
- Use data to sharpen targeting, assessment, and conversion of talent
- Collaborate globally with recruitment teams in Amsterdam and Chicago
