Key Responsibilities

•Develop deep understanding of HUB24's portfolio administration, investment reporting, analytics, and wealth management solutions.
•Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to understand business objectives, customer needs, and strategic priorities.
•Gather, analyse, document, validate, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for Epics, Features, and User Stories.
•Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Convert technical requirements from Architects and Technical Leads into actionable technical stories.
•Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, subject matter experts, developers, testers, and architects.
•Support backlog management, prioritisation, and roadmap planning.
•Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
•Review test scenarios, support UAT, and participate in testing activities.
•Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and obstacles, proactively escalating issues.
•Validate data quality, business rules, calculations, reports, and user interfaces.
•Work with Operations and Client Support to investigate and resolve production issues.
•Provide ongoing support for production systems and troubleshooting incidents.
•Engage with clients and business stakeholders to gather feedback.
•Contribute to Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase delivery efficiency, quality, and business value.
•Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation, collaboration, and delivery outcomes.
•Identify opportunities to incorporate practical AI capabilities into solutions.
•Mentor and support junior Business Analysts.
•Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
•Ensure compliance with organisational governance, policies, and delivery standards.
