Key Responsibilities

•Own programs across the lifecycle portfolio (activation, paid conversion, reactivation and churn prevention) end to end, from problem definition and business case through to post-launch optimisation, accountable for performance against incremental ARR.
•Build the campaigns behind those programs in Braze: canvases, triggered flows, segmentation, personalisation logic and QA.
•Design experiments that hold up. Clean cohorts, holdout groups, variant structures and suppression rules that make incremental impact measurable.
•Keep the measurement foundations honest, with automated dashboards in Amplitude and Omni and documented attributes, events and triggers.
•Wire up the campaign plumbing with engineering: HTML templates, webhooks, APIs and transactional sends.
•Reach for AI before manual process. Build agents and automations across QA, content, reporting and campaign operations, and help shape how we govern AI-assisted sending to a clinical audience.
•Tailor programs for local markets with product, data and regional teams, including campaigns in priority non-English languages.
•Run stakeholder comms through our tiered process, including time-critical operational sends.
