Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship product features across the Flex stack: backend services, data models, and web UI
•Own features end-to-end, from understanding the problem through to shipping and iterating in production
•Build the product surface that lets utilities and internal teams self-serve: configuration, operational visibility, and reporting
•Work with the data models and services that feed Flex products
•Build the operational tooling and monitoring that keeps Flex deployments healthy across a growing customer base
•Collaborate with the grid modelling team to integrate power flow and optimisation outputs into product workflows
•Leverage AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate delivery and raise the bar on what a small team can ship
•Contribute to engineering culture: code quality, testing, observability, and knowledge sharing
