Key Responsibilities

•Act as an influential leader and technical subject matter expert, reporting directly to the General Manager Gridsight ANZ.
•Serve as an in-house subject matter expert on power distribution systems.
•Provide technical leadership for customer teams transitioning to Gridsight-powered workflows.
•Understand the digital and systems landscape of utilities and how their tech stack is evolving to enable DSO.
•Represent Gridsight's platform and product stack and the value our capabilities create.
•Play a central role in commercial discovery, helping identify utilities that can build strong internal cases for adopting Gridsight.
•Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
•Support the commercial team in preparing bids, tenders, RFIs/RFPs, innovation funding applications, and partner proposals.
•Act as the technical authority in customer calls and workshops, influencing decision-makers.
•Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding process for new utility customers.
•Work closely with customers to understand their network characteristics, operational requirements, and compliance obligations.
•Act as a customer-facing extension of Product as a 'forward deployed engineer'.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to feed in Australian market requirements.
•Advise customers on best practices for data management, engineering analytics, digital workflows, and AI-driven insights.
•Identify opportunities for additional value-added services, expanded deployments, and product enhancements.
•Represent Gridsight at Australian industry groups, conferences, webinars, and technical forums.
•Co-develop and present case studies, white papers, and technical insights.
•Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
