Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous goals into meaningful decisions, measurable questions and practical analytical approaches.
- Lead analysis, metric models, dashboards and reports that improve product, customer and commercial decisions.
- Define success measures for new initiatives and product experiences; identify gaps in event tracking, instrumentation, data quality or availability; and work with engineering partners to resolve them.
- Frame domain opportunities, compare options and make trade-offs in confidence, pace, usability and reuse visible.
- Build and own SQL-based analytical products—from metric definition, documentation and validation through to monitoring use, improving what matters and consolidating or retiring products that no longer support a meaningful decision.
- Communicate rigorous, accessible evidence to technical and non-technical audiences, including the recommendation, confidence level, limitations and action or decision that follows.
- Influence senior functional partners through clear evidence and constructive challenge.
- Guide and mentor analysts through solution design, peer review and technical problem-solving, creating reusable patterns that improve quality and confidence across the team.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve analytical effectiveness, while applying independent judgement, validating material outputs and protecting sensitive information.
