•Design, build, and deploy agentic LLM-driven systems with planning, tool-use, workflow orchestration, and reasoning capabilities
•Apply machine learning and advanced analytics to power decision-making within autonomous AI Co-workers
•Enhance multi-step reasoning quality, context management, and agent performance across real enterprise use cases
•Lead MLOps initiatives across evaluation, benchmarking, safety, and quality for autonomous systems
•Own and define the long-term technical strategy for agentic AI frameworks, governance, and scalable deployment patterns across the organisation
•Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor to engineering, product, and executive teams in building production-grade AI co-workers used by global clients
•Set technical standards and best practices, mentoring and uplifting data scientists across all levels, raising the bar for scientific and engineering excellence org-wide
