Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy agentic LLM-driven systems with planning, tool-use, workflow orchestration, and reasoning capabilities
- Apply machine learning and advanced analytics to power decision-making within autonomous AI Co-workers
- Enhance multi-step reasoning quality, context management, and agent performance across real enterprise use cases
- Lead MLOps initiatives across evaluation, benchmarking, safety, and quality for autonomous systems
- Own and define the long-term technical strategy for agentic AI frameworks, governance, and scalable deployment patterns across the organisation
- Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor to engineering, product, and executive teams in building production-grade AI co-workers used by global clients
- Set technical standards and best practices, mentoring and uplifting data scientists across all levels, raising the bar for scientific and engineering excellence org-wide
