Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy agentic LLM-driven systems with planning, tool-use, workflow orchestration, and reasoning capabilities
- Apply machine learning and advanced analytics to power decision-making within autonomous AI Co-workers
- Enhance multi-step reasoning quality, context management, and agent performance across real enterprise use cases
- Lead MLOps initiatives across evaluation, benchmarking, safety, and quality for autonomous systems
- Define long-term strategy for agentic AI frameworks, governance, and scalable deployment patterns
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to build production-grade AI co-workers used by global clients
- Mentor and uplift junior data scientists, raising the bar for scientific and engineering excellence
