We are seeking a high-performing and commercially minded Senior Fund Analyst to join our Sydney team on an 8 month Fixed Term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work across a portfolio of ESR-managed funds, partnering closely with Funds Management, Asset Management, and Finance teams to drive performance and support investment decision-making. Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you will play a key role in financial modelling, fund analysis, and investor reporting, contributing to the delivery of strategic initiatives and portfolio growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of fund financial models, ensuring accurate forecasting of cash flows, capital requirements, and investment performance
- Deliver detailed financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making and optimise fund outcomes
- Support the preparation of annual business plans, quarterly reporting, and investor deliverables
- Partner with Fund Managers, Asset Management, Development, and Capital Transactions teams to evaluate acquisitions, developments, leasing, and divestments
- Contribute to the development of fund and asset-level investment strategies and key initiatives
- Assist with capital management initiatives, including debt and funding strategies
- Undertake market research and analyse relevant economic and real estate data to inform investment decisions
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including with investors and service providers
