•Design, deploy and support Azure cloud environments that are secure, scalable and operationally efficient.
•Automate cloud platform provisioning, configuration and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code and modern automation tools.
•Support cloud transformation, migration and modernisation initiatives for customers.
•Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve cloud platform issues while maintaining high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
•Develop and improve automation capabilities across cloud operations and platform delivery.
•Build and maintain cloud platform documentation, operational procedures and knowledge-sharing resources.
•Work closely with architects, engineers and customer stakeholders to deliver reliable cloud solutions.
