- Oversee enterprise technology risk, cybersecurity, and compliance
- Ensure data governance and strategy support company objectives
- Build frameworks for responsible data collection, storage, and use
- Enable high-quality analytics, AI, and ML capabilities
- Evolve engineering function to support growth
- Oversee engineering culture rooted in ownership and accountability
- Ensure platforms are highly available, scalable, and resilient
- Operate as a trusted member of the Executive Leadership Team
- Provide the Board with visibility of technology performance and risk
- Align technology teams with Product leadership
- Build vendor and partner relationships
