Key Responsibilities

•Lead partner evaluation and onboarding of subcontracting partners
•Collaborate with regional leaders to prioritize subcontractor onboarding and management
•Develop and drive enablement processes for CrowdStrike subcontracting partners
•Manage legal and IT onboarding requirements for CrowdStrike services subcontracting partners
•Oversee project management standards and delivery methodology for services delivery subcontractors
•Monitor subcontractor performance, capacity, and financial metrics
•Develop new subcontracted services offerings in collaboration with services leadership
•Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, runbooks, and process workflows to support internal and external stakeholders
•Manage the partner services catalog
•Provide best-in-class delivery support & guidance to our trusted partners
•Provide cross-functional support for selecting and staffing subcontracted engagements
•Optimize subcontractor operations using AI tools
