•Lead with thought leadership in Generative AI model development, covering building, evaluating, and fine-tuning foundational models.
•Define and implement frameworks, governance, and tooling for AI model evaluation, validation, and monitoring.
•Collaborate with AI research teams, model risk policy and governance teams, and AI hub stakeholders to develop and refine responsible AI roadmaps.
•Work with data scientists and AI engineers to automate appropriate controls to enable rapid development and deployment of safe AI at scale.
