Key Responsibilities

•Support customer and product discovery activities, including research, workshops, problem definition and opportunity assessment.
•Work with early adopters to support product enablement, understand product usage and gather actionable feedback.
•Help translate customer, business and technical needs into clear product requirements, outcomes and acceptance criteria.
•Support the Senior Product Owner to prioritise and maintain a healthy, delivery-ready backlog.
•Facilitate workshops and conversations that help teams align, make decisions and move work forward.
•Maintain clear product documentation, including product requirements, decisions, customer insights and process flows.
•Consider how proposed changes may affect customers, existing product experiences, operations, risk and compliance.
•Coordinate with design, engineering and business stakeholders to support smooth product delivery.
•Help track product outcomes, adoption and customer feedback to understand whether changes are delivering the intended value.
•Use AI and modern product tools responsibly to improve the speed and quality of product discovery, analysis and documentation.
