Key Responsibilities

•Engage with legal professionals in leading law firms and corporate legal departments to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, especially where AI can transform workflows.
•Lead consultative discussions and tailored demonstrations of Clio's AI-driven solutions.
•Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs, influence buying decisions, and guide firms through AI adoption.
•Work with customers and prospects to design high-impact pilots of new technologies.
•Define what a great pilot looks like: outcomes, practice areas, and legal work that demonstrate value.
•Act as a trusted adviser to partners, practice group leaders, and legal operations managers.
•Help customers navigate cultural, behavioural, and process changes required for AI transformation.
•Collaborate with marketing team to create content and messaging for legal audiences.
•Serve as Voice of the Customer, sharing regional insight with product and sales teams.
•Represent Clio in Australian and APAC legal innovation community and at events.
•Stay informed about AI trends, legal technology, and emerging best practices.
