Reporting to the Fundraising Database Manager, you will support data driven decision making across the fundraising function. This role is based in Allambie Heights with flexible, hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyse supporter behaviour, fundraising performance and donor trends
•Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across fundraising reporting and analytical outputs
•Develop audience segmentation and insights to support targeted campaigns and supporter journeys
•Create and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations
•Analyse campaign performance, return on investment, retention and lifetime value
•Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve fundraising performance
•Support predictive and behavioural analysis
•Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations
•Partner with fundraising stakeholders to understand reporting needs
•Support and champion data led decision making across the fundraising function
•Help optimise business intelligence and reporting capabilities across Salesforce and other fundraising systems
•Leverage AI enabled and other contemporary analytical tools to improve reporting and insights
