•Represent the CAO in product, technical, and cross-functional forums.
•Engage in technical and delivery discussions, surfacing real issues.
•Build and drive new initiatives end to end, including user-insight and beta-testing cadences.
•Drive planning and operational rhythm, supporting QBRs, MBRs, and goal planning.
•Maintain roadmap visibility and execution, tracking dependencies and performance.
•Triage and prioritise inbound requests, founder asks, and escalations.
•Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
•Own the day-to-day, triaging meetings and shaping agendas for the CAO.
•Zoom in and out between long-term vision and operational detail.
