Key Responsibilities
- Steward AI tools and practices at Bellroy
- Run workshops to lift crew capability
- Sit with people to untangle real problems with AI tools
- Advise when AI is the wrong tool for the job
- Track usage and licence costs across the AI toolset
- Build a picture of return on investment
- Recommend changes to tools and practices based on data and experience
- Partner with Technology, Continuous Improvement, and People teams
- Write guidelines for responsible AI use
- Answer Slack questions and turn them into projects
- Package repetitive tasks into reusable skills with evals
- Build training plans based on 1:1 questions
- Manage licence reports and tidy up unused seats
- Update internal guidelines when model updates break examples
