Key Responsibilities

•Work alongside members of ASX Supervision to understand pain points, process improvement opportunities using data analytics and deliver data analytics solutions to a wide variety of business problems.
•Develop a deep understanding of the financial markets including clearing and settlement facilities, participant systems, operations and connectivity models, and the Operating Rules and an understanding of their application
•Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders to support management decision-making and assist the function with monitoring and enforcing the Operating Rules
•Design, develop and maintain various data products including dashboards, automated reports and monitoring tools to support the work of the wider ASX Supervision function.
•Collaborate cross-functionally across ASX with stakeholders and project teams to discover and source data, understand business processes, gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions that meet the requirements of ASX Supervision
•Prepare timely and high-quality reports for executive, board, management and regulatory submissions
•Maintain good record-keeping, documentation and knowledge of data products, reporting processes and data sources
•Undertake data management initiatives such as data quality monitoring, reconciliations, data validations and remediation to ensure the integrity of our regulatory and management reporting.
