Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring time is aligned to strategic priorities.
- Act as a central coordination point for executive activities.
- Provide proactive support to the CEO by anticipating needs and identifying conflicts.
- Apply business acumen to executive decision-making.
- Run the CEO's tasks, inbox and calendar as a single, AI-augmented system.
- Use AI tools to triage and summarise incoming correspondence.
- Use AI-powered scheduling to resolve calendar conflicts and optimise travel.
- Continuously trial and adopt new AI tools and automations.
- Own the coordination and execution of recurring executive meetings.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials and supporting documentation.
- Continuously improve executive operating rhythms and meeting effectiveness.
- Support the delivery of strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Own discrete projects and workstreams end to end.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Support executive participation in customer meetings, demonstrations, conferences and corporate events.
- Draft and coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Monitor and manage executive communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, briefing packs and supporting materials.
- Manage executive administration, approvals, expenses and documentation.
- Support compliance and governance processes.
