Key Responsibilities

•Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
•Provide technical guidance and best practices during pre-sales and implementation phases.
•Define and develop overall strategic direction for AWS customers and internal AWS teams designing, building, optimizing, transforming, or otherwise migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform to deliver customer business outcomes (CBOs).
•Partner with AWS Account teams and ProServe Account Executives and ProServe Delivery on accelerating innovation, account strategy, and technical execution, aligning to increase business value through cloud adoption, covering people, processes, and technology aspects.
•Engage with C-level executives to guide their strategic technology initiatives and support their data transformation journeys.
•Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customer organizations to enable them to become cloud advocates.
•Work directly with customers to understand their problem statements and use cases in Agentic AI and GenAI domains.
•Develop proof-of-concept solutions that align with customer objectives in the Agentic AI and GenAI space.
•Drive the development of outcome-based business-IT solution proposals in collaboration with sales and solution architecture teams.
•Act as the AWS executive technical sponsor for strategic customer initiatives, ensuring alignment with AWS's Global Service offerings and the customer's strategic goals.
•Ensure that solutions across strategic programs adhere to AWS's enterprise architecture and security best practices and principles, and achieve intended business outcomes.
•Capture and share best-practice knowledge, sales, and delivery content amongst the AWS Professional Services community.
