Key Responsibilities
- Serve as business operations support for the AWS Security Incident Response service team
- Support rhythm of business (RoB) cadences including MBR, QBR, WBR, and OP planning
- Lead KPI planning and metrics transformation efforts
- Partner with BIE teams on data onboarding, migration, and sprint prioritization
- Author requirements documentation including Pathfinder requests, business requirements documents, and narratives
- Support security goals across AWS Support by aligning business performance measurement
- Build scalable mechanisms and frameworks for leadership
- Leverage AI tools to drive operational efficiency and support automation
