•Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of 10+ engineers, including hiring, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
•Build leadership capability among senior engineers and technical leads, creating strong and sustainable technical ownership across the team.
•Partner with Product Management to shape product and technical strategy and translate priorities into clear roadmaps and execution plans.
•Lead delivery across complex, cross-functional dependencies while identifying systemic execution gaps and improving transparency, predictability, and delivery effectiveness.
•Guide architectural consistency and review significant technical proposals across backend services, frontend experiences, data systems, and cloud infrastructure in partnership with senior engineers and architects.
