Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute risk-based control testing across assigned areas within the Line 1 shared service centralised control testing function within Regulatory Operations
- Apply standardised control testing methodology, including test design, sampling, evidence assessment and outcome rating
- Identify control weaknesses, themes and systemic issues and support effective remediation
- Engage with control owners to clarify control intent, design and operating effectiveness
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of control testing standards, templates and reporting
- Support capability uplift and knowledge sharing across the Controls Testing team, stakeholders and Line 2 and 3 Risk
