Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of five treasury operations specialists
- Manage daily treasury operations including bank statement processing, bank account management, deal administration, confirmation, banking portal administration, and treasury payment execution
- Ensure effective, compliant, and controlled execution of treasury processes
- Own operational control environment for all Back Office related processes
- Drive continuous strengthening of segregation of duties, automated and detective controls
- Manage treasury control, treasury reporting and operational risk management
- Execute end-to-end Treasury Back Office processes (deal settlements, bank account lifecycle, TMS operations)
- Govern and execute in-house cash (IHC)
- Manage Treasury Back Office incident & crisis escalation
- Lead process improvements and digitalization initiatives
- Handle KYC
