Key Responsibilities
- Operationally act as a second line of support for DNs and C4Cs
- Maintain documentation and master data on packaging instructions, packaging strategies, cleaning codes, re-use indicator, SAP routings, SAP Integrity (Clean desk management)
- Develop and standardize new tools for logistical processes in collaboration with D&E
- Ensure right tooling, processes and work instructions are available for operations for new products
- Work together with NPI Engineer(s) to ensure logistical requirements during design phase
- Act as counterpart for third line of support (D&E)
- Identify and visualize improvement potential in operational processes
- Organize structural incident follow-up by facilitating and chairing RCA meetings for DNs and C4Cs, like DRB
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing and process standardization within the Disturbance Management department
