•Take ownership of key IR activities and processes.
•Coordinate investor and analyst meetings, roadshows, conferences.
•Support planning and delivery of major IR events.
•Support preparation of results materials, AGM papers, Board presentations.
•Conduct financial, peer, industry, shareholder and market analysis.
•Work with internal teams to gather insights and ensure messaging alignment.
•Respond to investor and analyst queries.
•Maintain and improve the IR website and digital disclosure channels.
•Manage IR databases, process controls, CRM systems and team workflows.
•Support budget management for the IR team.
•Identify opportunities to improve IR processes through AI and automation.
