Key Responsibilities
- Prepare onboarding plans for new starters and create system access
- Support with People Inductions for all new employees
- Run monthly reports for probationary, quarterly, and annual reviews
- Keep an eye on quarterly L&D calendar
- Act as first point of contact for day-to-day People queries
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys
- Organize monthly team get-togethers and social events
- Manage annual legal audit of files
- Support with hour registration and payroll process
- Track contract expiry dates and send extensions
- Keep abreast of Dutch Employment legislation
- Update People systems: HiBob, trackers, and Remote
