Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general building maintenance including repairs to doors, locks, fixtures, flooring, shelving, and site upkeep.
- Assemble new storage and furniture items.
- Perform wall painting and touch-up work.
- Complete routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritising tasks to minimise operational disruption.
- Work alongside external contractors for specialist or larger projects.
- Maintain orderly, safe storage of tools and materials.
- Report hazards, near-misses, and required follow-up work through internal reporting systems.
- Maintain an inventory of tools and equipment.
