Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general building maintenance (plumbing, electrics, joinery, painting etc).
- Complete routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritising tasks to minimise operational disruption.
- Work alongside external contractors for specialist or larger projects, ensuring work is safe, compliant, and signed off.
- Maintain orderly, safe storage of tools, materials, and maintenance areas, keeping workspaces clean and secure.
- Report hazards, near-misses, and required follow-up work through internal reporting systems.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of tools and equipment and report any tool repairs required.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest smarter maintenance routines.
