Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the channel revenue plan for Europe and Latin America, with selective North America.
  • •Build and maintain target account list across premium consumer electronics, Apple ecosystem partners, design-forward retailers, telco specialty, and distributor partners.
  • •Open new accounts end to end: prospecting, pitch, sample programs, terms negotiation, first PO, and handover to Customer Success.
  • •Identify and close distributor partnerships in markets where direct retail is not viable, and define rules of engagement on pricing discipline and channel conflict.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, margin, payment terms, MOQs, and exclusivity.
  • •Stay close to strategic accounts on commercial matters: range expansion, new product introductions, key account reviews.
  • •Partner with Customer Success Manager on account handover.
  • •Partner with marketing on trade marketing strategy and launch programs.
  • •Build and own the channel forecast, working with operations and supply chain on allocation, lead times, and shipping.
  • •Define playbooks, account tiering, and pipeline cadence.
  • •Represent Arc at key trade shows and retailer summits (CES, IFA, Maison & Objet).
  • •Feed retailer and competitive insight back into product, pricing, and roadmap decisions.
