Key Responsibilities

•Support contract reviews in partnership with Digital Commercial teams to assess financial terms, risks, and commercial obligations
•Build relationships and consult with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver to their requirements
•Maintain and manage a central register of digital contracts, including key milestones, deliverables, obligations, financial dates and terms
•Provide essential contribution and advice to high level planning and execution of business initiatives
•Support commercial negotiations through analysis of pricing structures, payment terms, and commercial models
